The AEA Board of Directors is proposing an amendment to the current Bylaws of the Association to reflect a change in the method of voting for the board of directors during the annual election.

Currently, the Bylaws state that voting is conducted on-site at the annual AEA international convention. To reflect the ease of today's technology and to encourage more membership participation, the board is proposing that election voting be conducted online via the AEA website prior to the annual convention.
